Every year around this time, my company gives out our annual bonuses. It’s a grand day, overall, because they tend to take pretty good care of us in that respect. So, when I got home last night, I grabbed my girlfriend, my wallet and headed to the Apple Store in Annapolis, MD. I haven’t actually bought a brand new computer in a few years and I still didn’t own a copy of Photoshop.

Anyway, within an hour of arriving at the Apple Store, I was the proud owner of:

  • Apple Mac Pro
    • 2 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon processors
    • 8GB memory
    • 320GB drive
    • 23-inch Apple HD Cinema Display
  • Adobe Photoshop CS3

Woohoo! Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep last night… In the next few days, look for some Photoshop tutorials as I begin my adventure into this beast. If you can recommend some good Photoshop tutorials, feel free to leave them in the comments!
