Photos from Friday Night’s Photowalk
As many of you know, I participated in two great photowalks this past weekend. I have finally finished processing the photos from Friday night’s photowalk along the National Mall. I’ve included a few of my favorites below:

Overall, more than 50 local photographers showed up. You might recall that this photowalk was organized by Trevor from Photowalking.org who happened to be in town with his wife on vacation.
Thanks for organizing this Trevor! I hope you had a great time in DC!

Uh, selective desat is sooo cheesy. I like the fountains of the WWII memorial, though wanna flip them horizontally.
Interesting, not knowing about any of these photowalks, i was seriously pondering going about the route of the non-worldwide one at about the same time… sixth sense?

I’m gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you.
I think it depends on the shot. I wasn’t planning on doing a partial desat but, after I saw the photos, it made sense given the subject and composition. But that’s just me…
You definitely should come out for the next photowalk! It’s a lot of fun. I _may_ do a midnight photowalk sometime soon. I’ll keep you posted!
Thanks!
